Public Relation Manager

We are looking for a Public Relations Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies with key media partners, business partners, the academic community, universities, scientific conferences, and professional organizations. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving the overall communication of the publishing house in accordance with the needs of the target groups. He or she will report directly to the Directors. The qualified applicant will be responsible for proactively managing the company’s stellar reputation.

Applicants must be well connected in the media market, familiar with the ‘who’s who’ in the media and publishing circles, and must have an established and credible reputation in the communications world. Applicants must be social media experts, have great presentation skills, be passionate and creative with PR campaigns, and be able to spot opportunities outside the traditional media channels to increase the reach and frequency of their message. If hired, applicants can choose to work either in our Australia or our Hong Kong office.

Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years senior-level PR experience
  • Solid media understanding, including digital, print, and broadcast
  • A degree in business administration or a closely related field
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to work under pressure

Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting our company. Your major duties will include but are not limited to arranging marketing collaborations and campaigns with conference organizers/sponsors; ensuring that the team is researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media as well as arranging the inclusion of features and opinion pieces in key publications; planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies globally; leading the development of social media strategy, and; ensuring effective measurement techniques. You can choose to work either in our Australia or our Hong Kong office.

Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
  • A degree in business administration or a closely related field
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to work under pressure

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer. The primary responsibility is designing book covers, logos, and icons, among others. You can choose to work either in our Australia or our Hong Kong office.

Ideal candidate:

  • A diploma or degree in design or closely related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience in design
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proven ability to multitask and work on a number of projects
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently
